Refund policy

Returns of Stock Products

Audina accepts returns on stock products within 7 days of the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Audina reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Custom Products

Custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.

Cancellation Policy

• Custom products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Orders without self-impression kits may be canceled within 7 days of purchase without incurring any fees.
• Cancellations requested after 7 days may be subject to the following fees:
  • For orders that included self-impression kit(s), the self-impression kit and corresponding to/from shipping is non-refundable.
  • 5% of the order subtotal.
    

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for assistance.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the returned product being received and inspected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in workmanship or materials.
