How to order custom product

Custom molded products require impressions of your ears to custom make them a perfect fit. In order to ensure the noise protection ratings it is important that impressions are full and taken to the second bend in the ear canal or as close as practicable.

1. You may obtain impressions by either
• Visiting a specialist or audiologist
• Add a self-impression kit to your order. A kit with Oto Blocks, a syringe, impression material and a return shipping pack will be sent to you.
2. Email your scanned impressions to info@audina.net with your order number. (i.e. AUD1111)
   or
   Physically send your impressions to the following address with a copy of your order.
