Hearing Aid Sweat Band

The Hearing Aid Sweat Band™ eliminates sudden loss of hearing due to moisture from perspiration, rain and snow and stops dust infiltration. The Sweat Band also offers advanced improvement over feedback due to wind. Controls can be easily operated even with the Sweat Band in place. The protective covering simply slips over the hearing aid, no need for an application procedure or special tools.

Virtually anyone who wears a BTE hearing aid can benefit from a Hearing Aid Sweat Band. Great for runners, golfers, walkers, children and anyone who works or plays outdoors or in a dusty environment. Hearing aid repair technicians have found that the most common causes of hearing aid breakdown is moisture.

The Hearing Aid Sweat Band is made from a specially designed fabric that is both moisture repellent and moisture absorbent, but does not inhibit sound. It is soft, supple, and hypoallergenic. It will withstand a few launderings and is disposable & inexpensive.  If washed in a clothes washer/dried it should be protected by a mesh laundry bag. We recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and air drying.

Sold in pairs so you always have a clean/dry spare available when the first is wet or soiled. If you wear 2 hearing aids you should buy a quantity of 2, so you have a spare for each side.

• Small: 1 to 1.25 inches
• Medium: 1.25 to 1.5 inches
• Large: 1.5 to 1.75 inches
• XL: 1.75 to 2.125 inches
